Renewal by Andersen, the full-service window replacement division of Andersen Corporation, is seeking a high-impact President of Marketing to lead direct-to-consumer strategy and drive measurable growth across six markets. With over 120 years of innovation and a reputation as the largest replacement window company in the U.S., this is an opportunity for a results-driven President of Marketing to own a full marketing engine and lead performance at scale. This position is based at our headquarters in St. Louis, MO.

As President of Marketing, you will report directly to the CMO and sit on the Senior Leadership Team. The President of Marketing will lead strategy through execution across all marketing channels, ensuring every initiative generates qualified appointments while maintaining disciplined ROI, cost efficiency, and scalability. This role requires a hands-on, performance-focused President of Marketing who can build strong teams, create accountability, and deliver predictable results.

What You’ll Do:

  • As President of Marketing, drive revenue growth through full-funnel strategies across digital, traditional, and emerging channels
  • Own all marketing KPIs, including lead volume, cost per appointment, and cost of marketing
  • Lead omni-channel marketing campaigns across media, social, partnerships, retail, events, and canvassing
  • Oversee media strategy, vendor partnerships, and budget optimization to maximize ROI
  • Build, develop, and hold accountable a high-performing marketing organization
  • Partner with executive leadership on market expansion, long-term strategy, and business planning
