The position of SA&P Manager works closely with the Vice President Human Resources to evaluate the HR analytical needs of the business and to develop and maintain the HR metrics needed to support the North American business. The position works independently with regional and global staff to build metrics, to write the narrative to explain findings (various types of graphs and reports), to advise the VP HR and to recommend and implement corrective actions in coordination with HR professionals in the North America region.
The position is further responsible to build and maintain HRIS systems for the North America region, as well as develop and maintain the indicative and organizational data in the system for region that is in line with global HRIS standards and direction. The position may hold champion functions on a global level as needed and appointed by global and regional HR Management. System responsibility includes working with the necessary parties to build interfaces between systems as needed.
This position is responsible for overseeing the processing of all the payrolls required in the US business. The position is responsible for maintaining the payroll system with the third-party provider to be complaint with federal, state and local payroll, legal and tax regulations. The position manages one or more HR Specialist. The HR Specialist position may be used to support other responsibilities of the Specialist position as delegated. The person in this position is responsible for working with Operations to ensure proper function of the time and attendance systems.Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:
