Summary The Vice President, Growth - Personal Lines reports to the SVP, Growth - Personal Lines and is accountable for driving above-market organic growth across their geography. This leader plays a critical role in translating enterprise Personal Lines strategy into disciplined local execution, directly leading Client Advisors and sales professionals with a strong focus on accountability, consistency, and performance. This role ensures a high-performing sales culture across segments, including standard Personal Lines, mass affluent, and high-net-worth clients while driving new business production, client retention, and household expansion. As a direct extension of the SVP, this leader is a standard-bearer for Acrisure’s growth culture, reinforcing sales discipline, pipeline rigor, and client-centric behaviors that drive sustained revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Team Oversight
  • Directly lead and manage a team of 20-30 Client Advisors and sales professionals, establishing clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards
  • Drive a high-performance sales culture through ongoing coaching, performance management, and consistent leadership engagement
  • Serve as the primary leader for sales talent within the region, ensuring alignment to Acrisure’s growth strategy and operating model
Sales Production & Growth Accountability
  • Own and drive Personal Lines sales production across the region, with accountability for achieving above-market growth
  • Monitor and manage pipeline health, conversion rates, and overall production performance
  • Implement disciplined sales management routines and take corrective action to address performance gaps
Inside Sales Infrastructure Development
  • Design and build a scalable inside sales function to support efficient client acquisition and growth
  • Establish structured processes for lead generation, qualification, and conversion
  • Drive consistency in roles, workflows, and performance metrics to improve scalability and efficiency
Growth Strategy & Go-to-Market Execution
  • Translate enterprise growth priorities into actionable regional strategies across standard Personal Lines, HNW, and mass affluent segments
  • Develop targeted approaches to acquire and grow standard Personal Lines clients while identifying opportunities for household expansion
  • Build and expand Centers of Influence (COIs) to drive referral-based growth and enhance market presence
Technology & Sales Enablement
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions that improve the ability to quote, bind, and manage Personal Lines business
  • Drive consistency in tech stack and usage across legacy agencies to improve efficiency, reporting, and scalability
  • Partner with IT and operations to ensure adoption of tools and alignment to enterprise technology strategy
Operational Excellence & Standardization
  • Partner with operations and placement teams to ensure strong execution, service quality, and market access
  • Improve retention, client experience, and operational efficiency through alignment of sales and service models
Sales Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management
  • Own sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across the region
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategy, resource allocation, and course correction.
  • Establish and monitor key growth metrics including: New business production Pipeline health and conversion Retention and client expansion
Digital & Channel Enablement
  • Partner with marketing and digital teams to leverage digital tools, automation, and data to enhance acquisition and retention
  • Support the integration of digital-first capabilities to scale growth and improve client engagement
Market Presence & External Engagement
  • Represent Acrisure across key markets, building relationships with: High-value clients Carrier partners Centers of Influence Industry networks
  • Strengthen Acrisure’s brand and competitive position within Personal Lines
M&A (as applicable)
  • Support M&A diligence and integration, ensuring alignment of Personal Lines sales strategies, client segmentation, and go-to-market execution
  • Drive adoption of Acrisure’s growth model across newly acquired agencies
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in insurance or financial services, with strong depth in Personal Lines and/or Private Client/HNW segments
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership with direct accountability for revenue growth and team performance
  • Proven ability to lead large, distributed sales teams (20+ direct reports preferred)
  • Experience building or scaling inside sales or alternative distribution models preferred
  • Strong understanding of Personal Lines operating models, carrier relationships, and client lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive consistency across legacy and acquired agency environments
  • Executive presence with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Travel is required. Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
