Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 / year
Description
You Are:
  • A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love splitting your time being in the field and being in the office. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:
  • Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager (AV/LV is a plus!) Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Location:
  • In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
  • Your Location: Lombard, IL
  • Your Projects: The surrounding area

Your Schedule:
  • Mon-Fri 7:30am-5:00pm

Your Manager:
  • John, VP of Ops

Your Contribution to Barrett's:
  • Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
  • Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
  • Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources

  • Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
  • Status updates in Project Management Software at all times.
