Job description

About Nanit:
Nanit is moving families beyond overwhelm by transforming how parents understand their baby's early years. We combine advanced AI, real-world data from billions of sleep hours, and clinical expertise to deliver the clarity and confidence every parent deserves. Trusted by over one million families and backed by $125M in funding, we're building an entirely new category: predictive parenting intelligence.
Here, your work directly impacts millions of families. Our team of scientists, engineers, and parents is small but mighty - we share a mission to make early childhood easier, healthier, and more connected. If you want to work on technology that genuinely matters, join us.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Manager of Growth, International to own the D2C businesses in Canada and the UK. You'll partner closely with the VP of Growth to shape regional strategy, informing where to invest, how to prioritize, and what's working, while also driving the day-to-day management of paid media, affiliate programs, and on-site merchandising for these markets. You'll lean on our US Growth team's deep channel expertise, but this is a role for someone who wants a real seat at the table on strategy, not just a mandate to execute someone else's plan.
This role is ideal for someone who's organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable owning a full channel mix and P&L-level thinking remotely. Someone who doesn't need heavy oversight to keep campaigns optimized, sites merchandised, and reporting current, and who brings sharp judgment and a point of view to how these markets should grow.
What You'll Do:
Strategy & Planning
  • Partner with the VP of Growth to shape channel strategy, budget allocation, and growth priorities for UK & Canada
  • Bring market-specific insight and point of view to the table. You're not just implementing a US playbook, you're helping adapt and evolve it for these regions
  • Identify new growth opportunities and channel tests for both markets, backed by data and regional nuance

Performance Marketing
  • Manage the media agency responsible for building and executing paid social (Meta, TikTok), paid search (Google), and Amazon campaigns for UK & Canada, reviewing plans, briefing priorities, and holding the agency accountable to performance targets
  • Monitor day-to-day performance and drive optimization decisions (budget pacing, creative rotation, targeting) in partnership with the agency, based on strategy set by the VP of Growth and US Growth team
  • Own weekly KPI tracking and reporting across all paid channels
  • Manage the affiliate marketing program end-to-end for both markets, including partner setup and ongoing relationship management

Website & Merchandising
  • Own website marketing and merchandising for the UK and Canada Shopify storefronts
  • Manage on-site content, promotional setup, and merchandising for evergreen and promotional periods
  • Partner with the US team on site CRO, A/B testing, and technical improvements, adapting learnings for international markets
  • Oversee localization needs, including translation processes and region-specific compliance requirements (e.g., MHRA approval/greenlighting for UK)

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with the VP of Growth on strategic decisions for the region, from budget shifts to new channel bets
  • Lean on the US Growth team's channel experts (Meta/TikTok, Google, email, Amazon) for platform best practices and troubleshooting
  • Partner with Brand Marketing & PR to grow awareness in the UK and Canada, supporting regional campaigns and press/media opportunities
  • Launch and manage influencer strategy for both markets, from partner identification through campaign execution
  • Coordinate with fulfillment, customer service, and international operations partners as needed to support D2C performance

Who You Are:
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in performance marketing and/or D2C e-commerce, ideally with international or multi-market exposure
  • A track record of not just executing but shaping strategy. You've owned budget decisions, made channel bets, and been accountable for the results
  • Experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok, either hands-on or through managing an agency partner, with enough platform fluency to brief, question, and hold an agency accountable
  • Working knowledge of Shopify, including site merchandising and basic content management
  • Experience managing affiliate marketing programs
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-directed working style. You're comfortable owning channels independently and flagging issues before they become problems
  • Comfort working across time zones with a primarily US-based team
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to read performance data and act on it, even without a dedicated analytics partner

Why You'll Love Working Here:
  • Be a foundational hire in Nanit's international growth story
  • High autonomy and ownership over meaningful, revenue-driving channels
  • Remote work from home month in August
  • Flexible PTO (we trust you to take the time you need)
  • Equity options so you can share in our growth
  • Paid parental leave for all new parents
  • Employee discounts on Nanit products
  • Work from home stipend
