  • Develop a holistic AI technology strategy balancing internal platform development with external partnerships.
  • Evaluate emerging AI vendors, tools, and models to determine best-fit solutions across lifecycle stages.
  • Drive enterprise alignment around build vs. buy vs. partner decisions to reduce duplication and maximize leverage across teams.
  • Partner with AI Governance team to accelerate intake and prioritization process that enables faster testing and deployment of high-impact AI use cases.
  • Partner closely with Legal, Procurement, Privacy, and Security teams to define AI governance frameworks and operational guardrails.
  • Ensure responsible AI adoption by proactively identifying legal, ethical, and creative risks while enabling innovation velocity.
  • Serve as the connective leader across engineering, data science, product, creative, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
  • Influence senior leadership across multiple business units to align priorities, funding, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate complex AI strategy and technical decisions clearly to executive audiences, translating technology into business outcomes.
  • Define success metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate AI impact across efficiency, engagement, creative enablement, and monetization.
  • Establish best practices, shared tooling, and reusable capabilities that accelerate adoption across teams.
  • Build a culture of learning and knowledge sharing, enabling teams across Warner Bros. Discovery to effectively deploy AI solutions.
Requirements

  • Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies and their practical application across complex product ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated experience shaping enterprise technology strategy and driving organizational transformation.
  • Strong understanding of media and entertainment workflows, including content creation, localization, personalization, distribution, or monetization ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing build vs. buy vs. partner strategies involving external vendors and emerging technologies.
