This is a high-impact, handsโ€‘on leadership role for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable setting longโ€‘term IT vision and rolling up their sleeves to drive execution. You will own IT operations endโ€‘toโ€‘end: from integration of AI productivity tools to infrastructure reliability and cybersecurity to ERP modernization and vendor partnerships. That ownership will span all of Ambiqโ€™s global sites. You will join at an exciting inflection point, with the opportunity to build and modernize IT from the ground up, directly shaping how a growthโ€‘stage technology company operates. Direct seat at the executive table with a reporting line to the CEO Highโ€‘visibility role with boardโ€‘level exposure and strategic influence Opportunity to architect IT infrastructure for a scaling, innovationโ€‘driven company Collaborative culture that values bold thinking and decisive action.

  • Team Leadership Inspire and cultivate followership by leading with vision, authenticity, and purpose โ€” earning trust through transparency, consistency, and genuine investment in each team member's growth Recruit and develop a highโ€‘performing IT team, building a culture where people feel ownership over outcomes, not just ownership of tasks - accountability, and a shared commitment to excellence Coach and mentor IT staff with intentionality, identifying individual strengths and aspirations to unlock potential, accelerate career growth, and build meaningful succession depth across the organization Model the standard: demonstrate the mindset, work ethic, and values expected of the team, knowing that culture is shaped more by what leaders do than what they say Build crossโ€‘functional relationships that elevate the IT team's reputation as a trusted, credible partner โ€” expanding influence and creating advocates throughout the business.
