About This Role
The SVP, HR at RGP is a senior leader tied to the most important asset to our company - our people. This pivotal role must be prepared to design, implement, and advocate for the People experience at RGP. The ideal candidate is agile and fast paced, with ample experience working in the business and understanding business priorities. We want someone who cares deeply about how we build our business through exceptional employee experience through the lifecycle of employment. This position calls for a business-minded, collaborative, and innovative leader to ensure the HR function supports and contributes to an engaged and supported workforce. The SVP, HR will implement best in class people experience platform including operations, total rewards, title and leveling structure, culture and employee relations. Setting a standard of excellence, the SVP, HR is someone that thrives in an atmosphere of change, has a strong passion for people, and makes compelling business decisions. This role offers work flexibility from anywhere in the United States.
Base Pay Range: $225,000 - $300,000
Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation, Equity
What You Will Work On
  • Lead and oversee the following functional areas: HR Operations, Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits), HR Technology, Global Payroll, HR Business Partnerships, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Consultant Operations.
  • Design and execute modern People strategies that support a diversified, global professional services business, including but not limited to: create a sticky environment for top talent across the enterprise, implement and optimize scalable HR technology, drive organizational change management, foster an amazing people-first, high performing culture, and certify as one of Glassdoor's "Best Places to Work"
  • Design and execute HR compliance practices on a global scale for diverse markets, demonstrating strong knowledge of local law based on geography for existing and future markets
  • Build and inspire an "A" List team of passionate leaders to design, develop, deploy, and deliver strategic initiatives
  • Partner with IT department on Workday HCM optimization, requiring coordination across Operations, Finance, and HR
  • Manage key vendor relationships to ensure effective product/service delivery, budgeting, and process improvement based on a change-oriented environment
  • In collaboration with the Business Segment Leaders, develop and manage career paths, succession plans and career development for high-potential employees
  • In collaboration with the Business Segment leaders, support a progressive performance management across all areas of the business
  • Lead effort to improve employee engagement and act as a role model for RGP's employee values
  • Support the Board of Directors in understanding the organization's people strategies, and the needs of the Compensation Committee
  • This position will report to the CEO

What You Will Bring
  • 15+ years of prior HR Practices, Technology, and Business experience; Graduate degree in HR or relevant field highly preferred
  • Proven success in developing and implementing people-focused policies
  • Successful track record in managing global HR functions and people engagement
  • Strong understanding of global markets including HR practices, laws, and customs
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work streams and effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Skilled negotiator with experience in vendor management, project scope and budget setting, and implementation
  • Leads from the front demonstrating a strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial spirit, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to engaging employees at all levels
  • High emotional intelligence with exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills, and the ability to engage and motivate people
  • Results-driven, proactive problem solver with a passion for innovation
  • Competence in metrics and data driven decision making
