A PE-backed company in the infrastructure/energy sector is hiring a VP of Finance to serve as the senior financial leader and business partner to the CEO and board. This is a hands-on role owning FP&A, accounting, capital structure, and investor reporting in a fast-moving, capital-intensive environment.
Responsibilities: Financial planning and forecasting. Project-level modeling and capital allocation. Board and investor reporting. Oversight of accounting and controls. Support for debt and equity raises.
Requirements: 12+ years progressive finance experience. PE-backed company background. Comfort with capital-intensive business models and project finance concepts. Strong modeling skills and executive presence.
Compensation: $300K base + 25% bonus + equity.
