Job description

About Crypto Banter

Crypto Banter is the world's No.1 LIVE crypto streaming channel with multiple distribution arms, sharing breaking news and alpha to the world. What started with two enthusiasts in a coffee shop has evolved into a consortium of the most influential media channels in the industry, accruing over 10 million monthly views, and a suite of products built for every stage of the crypto journey.

We are a group of misfits and entrepreneurs who work harder than anyone else, fuelled by an obsession for what we do. We are on a mission to build the most profitable community in the world.

Role Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Channel Manager / Executive Producer to help build the world's leading long-form interview platform covering crypto, macroeconomics, finance and technology.

This is not an administrative booking role.

You are the person constantly thinking about who should be on the show next, why they matter, and how to secure them before everyone else does.

You'll own the entire guest pipeline—from identifying the industry's most influential voices through to outreach, booking, research, interview preparation and relationship management. You'll work directly with senior leadership to shape the editorial direction of the channel by ensuring we're consistently speaking to the right people at exactly the right moment.

If you're obsessed with podcasts, YouTube, crypto Twitter and financial markets, and constantly find yourself saying "We need to get this person on the show," we'd love to speak with you.

What You Will Do

Build a World-Class Guest Pipeline
  • Identify and prioritise the founders, investors, traders, policymakers, researchers and creators shaping crypto, finance and technology. Maintain a constantly evolving pipeline of high-impact guests aligned with market narratives and audience demand.
Own Guest Acquisition
  • Build relationships across the crypto ecosystem and execute high-quality outreach via email, LinkedIn, X and other channels. Manage the full guest journey from first contact through post-interview follow-up while creating an exceptional experience for every guest.
Drive Editorial Strategy
  • Monitor markets, social media, podcasts, conferences and breaking news to identify emerging stories before they become mainstream. Recommend interview ideas, recurring series and guests that position the channel ahead of competitors.
Produce World-Class Interview Briefs
  • Prepare detailed briefing documents including guest background, investment theses, previous interviews, recent developments, key controversies, discussion angles and suggested questions that enable genuinely insightful conversations.
Coordinate Production
  • Work closely with hosts and production teams to manage scheduling, logistics and recording preparation, ensuring interviews run smoothly from booking through publication.
Build Long-Term Relationships
  • Develop trusted relationships with founders, CEOs, investors, venture capitalists, hedge funds, protocol teams and creators that generate repeat appearances, referrals and exclusive interview opportunities.

Your Skills and Experience

Deep Crypto Market Knowledge
  • You genuinely live and breathe crypto. You follow the biggest founders, investors, creators and narratives daily and understand why markets move.
Exceptional Editorial Instincts
  • You know who audiences actually want to hear from—not simply who's famous. You consistently identify important guests and topics before they become obvious to everyone else.
Outstanding Written Communication
  • You write personalised outreach that gets replies and can communicate professionally with some of the most influential people in the industry.
Highly Organised
  • You can manage multiple conversations, bookings and production schedules simultaneously without dropping details.
Relationship Builder
  • You're comfortable speaking with founders, CEOs, investors, policymakers and public figures, building long-term trust rather than transactional relationships.
YouTube & Content Native
  • You understand what makes compelling long-form interviews, what drives audience engagement and how great conversations translate into millions of views.
Bias for Action
  • You thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment where ownership is expected and execution matters more than process.

Ideal Background

We're less concerned about job titles than we are about capability. Successful candidates may come from backgrounds including:

  • Executive Producer

  • Podcast Producer

  • YouTube Channel Manager

  • Crypto Media

  • Financial Journalism

  • Public Relations

  • Strategic Partnerships

  • Business Development

  • Venture Capital

  • Founder Relations

An existing network within the crypto ecosystem would be a significant advantage.

What Success Looks Like

  • You consistently secure guests that competing channels struggle to book.

  • The interview pipeline remains full months in advance.

  • Every guest receives a seamless, professional experience.

  • Interview briefing documents consistently elevate the quality of conversations.

  • You identify major narratives and guests before the rest of the industry.

  • You build lasting relationships with influential people across crypto and finance.

  • You help establish Crypto Banter as the world's most respected destination for long-form interviews.
