VP, Client Partnerships
New York, NY | Senior Individual Contributor
Base Salary: $180K-$200K + Variable Compensation
The Opportunity
A leading digital video and retail media platform is seeking a VP, Client Partnerships to own and grow strategic relationships across major agencies, holding companies, and national advertisers in the New York market.
This is a senior individual contributor role for an established seller with deep agency relationships, strong knowledge of the digital media ecosystem, and a track record of growing significant revenue across both existing and new business.
The VP will work closely with senior agency strategy and investment teams to develop integrated solutions spanning digital video, audience data, content, mobile, DOOH, and emerging media opportunities.
What You'll Do

  • Own and grow a defined portfolio of major agency and advertiser relationships
  • Develop senior-level relationships across holding company strategy, investment, planning, and activation teams
  • Drive revenue across existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Build strategic, solutions-based partnerships leveraging digital video, audience data, content, mobile, and DOOH
  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships across agencies, brands, categories, and platforms
  • Develop and present compelling solutions to senior agency leaders and C-level brand executives
  • Partner closely with sales planning, marketing, insights, product, and analytics teams to bring client solutions to market
  • Maintain a strong understanding of agency investment priorities, marketplace trends, and emerging revenue opportunities
  • Consistently manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue goals
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of media industry experience, including 5+ years in a senior sales or client partnerships role
  • Demonstrated success owning and growing a significant book of business
  • Deep, current relationships within major NYC agencies and holding companies
  • Strong relationships with senior agency decision-makers across investment, strategy, planning, and activation
  • Existing relationships with national advertisers and senior brand marketers
  • Experience selling digital video, programmatic, data-driven audience solutions, CTV, DOOH, retail media, or adjacent offerings
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and build relationships across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling skills with a history of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Executive presence and credibility with senior agency and brand leadership
  • Entrepreneurial, self-directed approach with the ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment
