Job Summary
Newmark is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Sales & Solutions to join the Client Solutions Group, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Client Solutions Group Lead. This role will be responsible for originating, shaping, and advancing complex enterprise pursuits by developing integrated client solutions across Newmark's service platform, with a strong emphasis on facilities management within broader integrated facilities management (IFM) and occupier solutions engagements.
This individual will serve as a senior sales and solution leader at the intersection of business development, solution architecture, and client strategy. The role is designed for a high-performing professional who can identify and qualify enterprise opportunities, lead consultative sales conversations, structure multi-service solutions, and translate client objectives into differentiated, executable service models that drive revenue growth and long-term client value.
This is a base salary plus commission role, with performance measured through enterprise pipeline development, pursuit advancement, revenue generation, and contribution to new business wins. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in enterprise sales, IFM solution design, and facilities management-led operating models, while collaborating closely with brokerage, operations, subject matter experts, and executive leadership across the platform.
Responsibilities
  • Originate, qualify, and advance enterprise sales opportunities across occupier and corporate services accounts, with a focus on integrated facilities management, facilities operations, and related enterprise solutions.
  • Lead consultative client engagement efforts to understand portfolio strategy, operational pain points, service expectations, governance needs, and commercial objectives.
  • Develop tailored, client-focused solutions that integrate facilities management, transaction management, project management, workplace strategy, lease administration, and other relevant service lines, with weighted emphasis on FM-led delivery models.
  • Partner with the Senior Vice President, Client Solutions Group Lead, market leaders, producers, and business line stakeholders to prioritize target accounts, shape account strategies, and position differentiated enterprise solutions.
  • Serve as a senior solution architect during pursuits, defining win themes, solution narratives, staffing approaches, scope alignment, transition concepts, and value propositions for complex, multi-market assignments.
  • Lead or support the development of RFP responses, client presentations, executive summaries, pricing narratives, and other business development materials that clearly articulate Newmark's enterprise capabilities and client outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, sourcing, technology, and subject matter experts to ensure solutions are operationally sound, commercially aligned, and executable.
  • Collaborate with facilities management leadership to shape scalable service delivery models, staffing structures, KPI frameworks, governance models, and performance commitments aligned to client requirements.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of enterprise opportunities and provide regular reporting on sales activity, pursuit stage, revenue potential, competitive dynamics, and probability of win.
  • Support client meetings, workshops, and finalist presentations, representing Newmark with executive presence, credibility, and strong command of enterprise and IFM solution strategy.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and occupier demand shifts to refine sales strategy and strengthen solution differentiation.
  • Use AI-enabled research, writing, and productivity tools responsibly to accelerate insight generation, improve content development, and enhance pursuit quality and speed.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, occupier solutions, integrated facilities management, corporate real estate, outsourcing, or a related client-facing business development and solutions role.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex, multi-service enterprise solutions and advancing large, strategic pursuits from qualification through closing.
  • Strong experience designing and positioning IFM solutions, with particular depth in facilities management operations, service delivery models, staffing strategies, and performance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to align solution design with client business objectives, operational requirements, financial considerations, and implementation realities.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to support pricing strategy, solution positioning, and value articulation in a competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across matrixed teams, including sales leaders, brokerage professionals, operations executives, finance partners, and functional subject matter experts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, persuasive proposal language and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple pursuits, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Executive presence, sound judgment, and a high level of professionalism in internal and client-facing settings.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to travel as needed in support of client meetings, internal collaboration, and pursuit activity.
