Your code, your reviews, and your domain knowledge will directly shape how institutional clients and Citi operations teams experience the Workbench.**Responsibilities:*** **Hands-On Feature Delivery** Design, develop, test, and ship production-quality features across the ISW backend (Java/Spring Boot) and frontend (React/TypeScript) โ€” contributing to every sprint with meaningful, reviewed, merged code.* **AI-Augmented Development** Use AI pair-programming tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) as a first-class part of your daily workflow โ€” for code generation, test synthesis, refactoring, documentation, and API design acceleration.
