Sidwell Strategies is seeking a motivated, analytical, and entrepreneurial Market & Business Analyst to support executive leadership by providing market intelligence, business analysis, financial research, and strategic insights that drive growth across Sidwell Enterprises.

This position plays a critical role in identifying market trends, evaluating business opportunities, analyzing financial and operational performance, and supporting strategic initiatives across agriculture, food manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, commercial real estate, energy, and private investments.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, data-driven, and enjoys solving complex business challenges while contributing to the long-term success of a diversified organization.

Primary Responsibilities Market Analysis
  • Monitor agricultural commodity markets including wheat, corn, soybeans, livestock, feed ingredients, and specialty crops.
  • Track energy markets, interest rates, inflation, global trade, and macroeconomic trends.
  • Analyze USDA, EIA, Federal Reserve, export, weather, and industry reports.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market intelligence reports and executive summaries.
  • Develop commodity and economic outlooks to support executive decision-making.
  • Research emerging market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes.
  • Maintain commodity pricing databases and economic dashboards.
  • Create charts, reports, and presentations that communicate market insights.
Business Analysis
  • Analyze financial and operational performance across Sidwell Enterprises.
