Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Shift: Days | Rotating Weekends
Schedule: 7-10 hour shifts
Reports To: Senior Vice President, Case Management (Regional Leadership)
Compensation
  • Salary Range: $135,004 - $202,555 (based on experience)
  • Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
Position Overview
A large, high-acuity acute care hospital in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced Director of Case Management to provide enterprise-level leadership for hospital-wide case management operations. This role oversees care coordination, discharge planning, regulatory compliance, and resource utilization across the organization while driving quality outcomes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for Case Management, Social Work, and Chaplain services
  • Direct daily operations, including staffing models, productivity, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure effective care coordination and discharge planning with accurate and timely documentation
  • Lead performance improvement initiatives utilizing data analytics and outcome measurements
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, physicians, finance, legal, and compliance teams
  • Manage departmental resources to meet quality, throughput, and financial performance objectives
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements
  • Support interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure continuity of care across the healthcare continuum
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree - Required
  • Master's Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration - Preferred
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license - Required
  • 3+ years of acute care hospital case management experience - Required
  • 2+ years of case management leadership experience - Required
