Position Overview:
  • The VP provides leadership for the Assisted Living community. The VP is a member of the Senior Leadership team for Notre Dame Health Care Census and promotes campus unity. The VP provides all oversight for day-to-day operations of the Assisted Living. We seek and experienced manager to provide financial management and regulatory oversight, lead a large multidisciplinary team of professionals and caregivers, and serve the NDHC community to implement and evaluate its strategic management initiatives. Adhering to our mission and values, the VP is responsible for the daily operations of facility, including leading its management team in providing for the care and needs of the residents.

Deeply rooted in the heritage and legacy of the SNDdeN's, we are committed to the physical, spiritual, and emotional care and well-being of our residents and patients. Located off the shores of Lake Quinsigamond within the woods of the Worcester Land Trust, our locally recognized du Lac Assisted Living Residence seeks an experienced "hands-on" team player to inspire and lead managers and staff, provide strategic development, and apply effective fiscal management practices as we continue our nearly 30-year legacy of providing high quality compassionate care to the greater Central Massachusetts community.

Requirements
  • BA/BC degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Human services, or an equivalent degree or experience required.
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience, preferably within assisted living or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of EOEA regulations required.
  • Experience managing budgets.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as: Microsoft Office, Prism, Kronos, Yardi, electronic health records (EHR) systems.
