We are seeking a visionary and results-driven VP of Product, Applications, to lead our core
product strategy, roadmap, and execution. This leader will be responsible for driving innovation across our suite of applications, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry. The ideal candidate will combine deep domain expertise with a hands-on leadership style to scale our
product offerings and mentor a high-performing team.

What You'll Do:
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the overall product strategy and long-term vision, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and a growth trajectory toward $500M+ ARR.
  • Team Ownership: Manage and mentor a high-performing organization of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation. Develop the departmental rigor and cadence driving business outcomes.
  • AI Innovation: Act as an AI champion, frequently putting together prototypes to experiment with new ideas and helping the broader PM team evolve into experts in agentic AI tools.
  • Domain Expertise Execution: Leverage deep accounting or fintech domain knowledge to push the product to the next level, ensuring it meets the complex needs of modern finance teams and large enterprise customers.
  • Outcome-Driven Growth: Drive measurable outcomes that increase revenue and support new growth, such as launching new SKUs or product lines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key partner to engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to ensure technical initiatives translate into realized customer value.

  • Hands-on Leadership: You are a leader who gets deep into the product. You have strong opinions based on data and user empathy, and you are capable of pushing both the team and the product to the next level.
  • AI Fluency: You are very conversant in current AI tools. You aren't just a theorist; you frequently build prototypes to experiment with new ideas and are dedicated to helping the broader PM team evolve into AI experts.
  • Executive Presence: Strong oral communication skills with the ability to command a room and influence executive stakeholders.

This job posting is for our VP of Product, the base pay range for this position is $252,000-$378,000. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
