Job DescriptionProgram Manager, Healthcare Operations

Bremerton, WA 98314 | Hybrid | Potential Opportunity

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to support healthcare administrative operations serving military treatment facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii.

This position will provide leadership and operational oversight for teams supporting patient appointing, referral management, and related healthcare services.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time, hybrid position in Bremerton, WA
  • Monday through Friday
  • Support Defense Health Agency healthcare operations
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily program operations, staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
  • Monitor productivity, quality, workload, and operational metrics
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and workflow changes
  • Prepare and review reports and performance data
  • Maintain communication with Spectrum leadership and government representatives
  • Support process improvement and contract performance requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including supervisory or management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong technical aptitude
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Secure, reliable high-speed internet
  • Ability to complete applicable federal background requirements

Preferred

  • Master's degree
  • Healthcare operations, federal contracting, DoD, patient access, referral management, or military healthcare experience
