Green Bay Packaging is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver for local routes. $25.03/hour, steady work, no overnight travel, and a safe, supportive team environment. Apply today!

Position Overview
Green Bay Packaging Inc.- Valley Packaging Division is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Class A CDL Truck Driver to support our local operations. This role is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of finished products to customers and the transportation of raw materials to our facility. This is a local driving position, allowing drivers to be home every night while enjoying consistent, hourly pay.
Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a commercial truck in compliance with DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company policies
  • Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure safe vehicle operation
  • Pick up, transport, and deliver products and materials accurately and on schedule
  • Load and unload cargo using pallet jacks; secure loads properly
  • Complete delivery paperwork and verify shipment accuracy
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical concerns
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and customer service
  • Work collaboratively with production and shipping teams

Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL (required)
  • Clean driving record
  • No DUI/DWI convictions in the past seven years
  • Able to pass random drug testing
  • Pallet jack experience required; forklift experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and dependability
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CDL training from an accredited school
  • Experience with local or plant-based driving preferred
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing/plant environment

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $25.03 per hour. Local Route - home every night. Stable full-time opportunity. Opportunity to grow with a well- established organization.
