Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to effectively evaluate clients' mental health concerns, helping to identify their strengths and challenges.
• Provide tailored therapy sessions—individual, family, and group—using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that include specific goals, interventions, and continuous progress monitoring, guiding clients toward recovery.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and allied health professionals, to provide integrated and holistic care.
• Respond effectively to emergencies by offering crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and formulating safety plans.
• Advocate for clients' rights, linking them with appropriate community resources while providing essential case management support.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and enhancing overall community support systems.
