Job Summary
This posting is for current Student Employees who have worked in the Dish Room at Watterson Dining for a minimum of one full semester.
The Dish Captain is a student leadership position that provides on-shift supervision and operational support within the dishroom. This role serves as a working leader, actively performing dishroom duties while directing and supporting fellow student employees to ensure efficiency, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with sanitation standards. Dish Captains act as a key point of contact during their shift and help maintain smooth dishroom operations.
The Dish Captain will need the following for this position:
