What You'll be Doing:

As a Fulfillment Associate - Document Management and Processing, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are accurately processed and completed on time. You'll contribute to streamlining order entry, administration, and processes to deliver exceptional customer service. This starting point position provides an excellent opportunity to begin a career in operations by supporting the team and learning foundational skills.

Our Location: 1209 North Orange St. Wilmington, DE 19801

Hours: 3:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m., Monday - Thursday & 1:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. on Fridays. No weekends!

Key Tasks:

  • Accurately enter orders into the system.

  • Perform order administration tasks.

  • Assist with preparing packages for shipment.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for order fulfillment.

  • Support inventory checks and report any discrepancies.

  • Maintain operational documents and records.

  • Assist in demand planning under supervision.

  • Ensure customer service standards are met.

  • Respond to basic customer inquiries.

  • Help with general administrative duties as needed.

You're a Great Fit if You Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.

  • Order Entry Systems: Proficiency in using order entry software.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in order processing.

  • Customer Service: Basic understanding of customer service principles.

  • Time Management: Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.

Compensation:

$27,700.00 - $46,450.00 USD

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
