Job Summary: 

This Assistant Property Manager will provide support to the general manager, building and maintaining relationships with homeowners to facilitate acquisition and retention of management agreements for vacation homes.

Job Specifications: 

  • Starting Wage: $58,461.98 - $60,000.00
  • Employment Type: Year Round 
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Owning communication with various vendors and contractors, as well as outreach to new vendors as needed.
  • Work closely with the department to gain understanding of any needs in units and with owners, improving systems and the guest and owner experience.
  • Monitoring financials and homeowner billing to ensure accuracy and maximization of revenue.
  • The assistant manager will gain a working knowledge of property management functions by working with the Vacation Rental Manager, the Revenue Management, Reservations and Front Desk teams to maximize rental revenue and occupancy.
  • Perform routine property inspections, and assist with coordination of repair or maintenance work and communication with homeowner when appropriate.
  • Own various homeowner communications and closely monitor PM email channels responding in a timely manner.
  • Manage delinquency reports, working closely with owners, and provide updates to managers and owner accounting.
  • Manage and update unit BOLT licenses in units, working closely with owners and the TOB.
  • Support new owners in onboarding and owner portal training.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

  • At least two years in a property management or administrative role.
  • Strong communication and writing skills and extreme attention to detail and organization.
  • Strong Microsoft applications knowledge and skills
  • Able to work independently with a self-starter mentality.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including holidays.
  • Must have a valid driver's license 

The expected pay range is $58,461.98 - $60,000.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
