Job description

At Evolve, we're on a mission to make vacation rental easy for everyone. Our high-performing, customer-obsessed team runs on curiosity, communication, and accountability-working together to create exceptional experiences for our owners and guests. Whether solving big challenges, delivering outstanding results, or celebrating wins, we approach every day with purpose and passion. If you're ready to join a mission-driven company where every teammate has the opportunity to thrive, Evolve might just be the place for you.

Why this role

Evolve is the largest tech-enabled vacation rental management company in North America, and we are looking for a Senior Product Design to design financial experiences that makes every-day and high-stakes data feel transparent, intuitive, and actionable. Our next chapter is building for professionals - multi-property investors, property managers, and operators of short-term rental portfolios.

Most financial products are accurate. Few are clear. As the lead architect of Evolve's financial experience, your job is to close that gap-building reports, dashboards, and flows that work flawlessly for a first-time homeowner and a professional property manager alike. You'll prototype with engineers and PMs, pressure-test with SMEs, and ship experiences that earn trust at the moments that matter most. If you've spent your career making dense financial data feel simple, your true medium is the browser, and you work AI-native, come transform the financial experience for Evolve's rental property owners.

What you'll do
  • Architect Financial Trust: Own the end-to-end financial experience for our Core, Plus, and Pro tiers. You'll build the responsive interfaces and component logic that allow operators to navigate high-stakes distributions with confidence and clarity.
  • Product Design Strategy: Partner across the organization to ensure interface decisions move the needle on conversion, feature adoption, and retention. You are comfortable debating unit economics and UI.
  • AI-Native Prototyping: Leverage AI-forward development environments to rapidly test concepts as working prototypes, effectively removing the gap between product hypothesis and production-ready code.
  • Production-Level Craft: Work directly within our front-end architecture (React/TypeScript) to implement fluid interactions, elegant data visualizations, and predictable state management where user trust is paramount.
  • Scalable Product Architecture: Drive the evolution of the Pro product through components and views that handle property management at scale-addressing variable data, edge cases, and the sophisticated tools operators need.
  • Solve from First Principles: Use data, owner feedback, and cross-functional conversation to identify what needs to be designed and engineered before it becomes a support issue.
  • Autonomy and Ownership: You are responsible for shipping features and for the ultimate outcome. You'll use your expertise, data, and user feedback to refine the user experience across multiple product areas to achieve business goals.
  • Systemic UI Thinking: Elevate Evolve's core design system by translating design components and patterns into a robust, accessible, and highly reusable code library that maintains platform-wide consistency.
What makes you a great fit
  • 7+ years of experience building product in B2B/Fintech or high-growth tech-enabled services.
  • Production-Grade UX/UI Craft: Technical fluency in modern front-end engineering frameworks (React, TypeScript, CSS-in-JS architectures) combined with a highly trained eye for typography, alignment, and motion design.
  • The AI-Forward Workflow: Advanced proficiency in leveraging AI development environments and tools to build functional, interactive prototypes.
  • Strong Financial Sense: You understand how users interact with financial data and how data flows through an application. You can easily grasp back-end implications like revenue splits, accounting logic, and tax reporting to design cleaner front-end systems.
  • A proven track record of navigating ambiguity. You translate opaque requirements into high-fidelity, multi-platform solutions (web & mobile) that prioritize both aesthetic craft and measurable conversion.
  • High-Performance Mindset: You embody Evolve's culture-you are customer-obsessed, you run fast, and you embrace a growth mindset.

Compensation

For this role our salary range is $165,000 to $185,000 depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance. Compensation for this role may vary to reflect local market conditions.

Location

All Evolve team members must live in one of our approved locations by their first day. We can hire from anywhere in the U.S. except D.C. and Hawaii. Some positions may also have restrictions based on compensation in the following states: California, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Washington. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both! If you're planning to move soon, please let us know, and we'll be happy to review your application again.
