Position Summary
Grassy Creek seeks a qualified Short Term Rental Property Coordinator to assist with the management of external bookings and ensure the upkeep of multiple properties in the Crested Butte, CO area. This position will work directly with property, maintenance, IT management and team members and requires proficiency in communication skills. The ideal candidate is able to prioritize and efficiently execute numerous tasks, is able to build collaborative relationships remotely, and work effectively with multiple team members to ensure property operations run smoothly. This is a part-time, year-round position starting at $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
Lodging Operations for Short-Term Rental Properties
o In collaboration with the Short-Term Rental Revenue Manager, manage the bookings of CO non-Eleven properties.
o Ensure the proper upkeep of properties working closely with the PH General Manager, GC Maintenance team, Jetson Systems (AVIT), and GC Asset Manager.
o Optimize the guest experience and market appeal by continually updating on the properties including the grounds, amenities, décor, furniture, appliances, etc.
o Execute property inventory, stocking, and inspections before and after guest departures.
o Guest Relations - Point person for guest communications including bookings, pre-arrival, stay, and post-departure.
o Manage cleaning schedule and communication with the housekeeping subcontractors.
o Report monthly on Property Management of these assets.
o Coordinate vendor payments in collaboration with managers and the accounting team.
Other Responsibilities
o Utilize proprietary software for all internal communications.
o Manage cleaning of company offices and apartments.
o Create, assign and execute checklists for property upkeep.
o Submit monthly expense reports for credit card reconciliation
Requirements
o Strong organizational skills.
o Strong written and verbal communications.
o Ability to work independently and with others including many diverse groups.
o Extremely high confidentiality and discreetness, even within the department.
o Exhibit professional communication with various departments and all employees.
o Proficiency in the use of Online Booking Platforms including AirBnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Hostaway, and Google Suite.
Special Position Requirements
o Driving may be required - need a valid driver's license.
o Work schedule to be determined; coverage on weekend days expected.
o Some tasks can be completed remotely, others require a physical presence on-property.
o Although rare, the expectation is to be on-call for after-hours guest and property emergencies on each work day.
