You will also lead the team through a period of significant process transformation, establishing new mechanisms and ways of working as emerging AI tools reshape what it means to practice design. This includes defining how the team adopts AI-assisted workflows, rethinking traditional design processes, and evolving the role of UX within the organization to stay ahead of a rapidly shifting landscape
You will drive cross-team alignment on shared design patterns, interaction models, and design systems that scale across multiple AI services.
