Is UX replaced by AI?

UX Design Managers oversee user experience design, which involves understanding user needs and creating intuitive interfaces. While AI tools can assist in tasks like user research and prototyping, they do not replace the need for human judgment, creativity, and empathy essential to UX design. Can a UX designer make 300k?

While most UX designers earn less than $150,000 annually, senior UX design managers with extensive experience, leadership skills, and working in high-cost markets can potentially reach or exceed a $300,000 salary. Achieving this level often requires advanced skills, a strong portfolio, and working for large tech companies or in executive roles.
