Overview

The Product Experience (UX) Designer helps create products that are easy to use, visually appealing, and aligned with customer needs. This role gathers feedback from users, studies how people interact with products, and develops solutions that improve the overall customer experience. Design user operation for on-board product GUI (graphic user interface) and connected App's. The UX Designer works closely with cross-functional teams to guide design decisions and support business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Research customer needs and behaviors to help shape product features and user experiences.
  • Gather feedback through surveys, interviews, and product testing activities.
  • Review customer usage data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create user profiles, customer journeys, and visual concepts that help teams understand customer needs.
  • Develop design standards and guidelines to support a consistent user experience across products and platforms.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly.
  • Present recommendations and project updates to leadership and business teams.
  • Partner with Product Planning, Industrial Design, Engineering, and other departments to support project goals.
  • Manage UX projects from concept through completion while meeting established timelines.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations that improve product usability, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation that communicate project results and recommendations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least five years of professional experience in UX design, digital media, product design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Overflow.
  • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in an office environment, and in-person attendance is required. The position requires the use of standard office equipment, including computers and keyboards. Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
