Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Role Overview:
Seeking a UI/UX Engineer to design, develop, and optimize user-centric web interfaces that improve digital experience and meet business goals. The role blends visual design, front-end development, and analytics-driven decision making to deliver responsive, accessible, and performant web properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business analysts and content stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into user-centered designs and functional UI deliverables.

  • Participate in core team forums and provide regular updates on work progress.

  • Own end-to-end design alignment and ensure seamless integration with other functional areas.

  • Translate UI/UX designs into responsive web interfaces that meet project goals and timelines.

  • Work with technical leads to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet technical requirements.

  • Implement and maintain analytics/tracking (e.g., GA4, Tag Manager, Hotjar/Mixpanel) and use metrics to inform UX improvements.

  • Conduct A/B testing and generate reports/insights to improve engagement, retention, accessibility, SEO, and site speed.

  • Mentor junior team members as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles.

  • Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar).

  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio) and data-driven decision making.

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).

  • Experience with CMS platforms, version control (Git/GitHub), Agile methodologies, and dashboarding/data visualization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with A/B testing platforms and conversion optimization.
