Job description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the dry utility (electric, gas, phone/cable/fiber) aspect of land development projects from design to construction
  • Coordinate resources for assigned projects
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable install costs (as needed)
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with construction plans
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong ommunication & negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
