Job Type: Full-time


We are currently seeking a Utility Associate to join our team at our Senior Living Community. The Utility Associate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the community, ensuring that all areas are safe and well-maintained for our residents.


Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

- Ensure that all common areas, including hallways, dining areas, and restrooms, are clean and well-maintained

- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and resident clothing

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished

- Assist with setting up and cleaning up for community events and activities

- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management immediately


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be able to pass a background check
