Job description

Title: Maintenance Utility Associate
Reports To: General Manager
Department: Maintenance
Summary:
The primary objective of the Maintenance Utility Associate is to provide for the proper care of campgrounds and other use areas by performing maintenance to grounds and facilities. The Maintenance Utility Associate will work under the direct supervision of the assigned manager for the given area.
Compensation: $16.90 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on utility systems such as water, gas, and electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair utility systems to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Document maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to schedule repairs and minimize disruptions.
  • Report any major issues to supervisors and recommending improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Possess basic mechanical skills and facility maintenance knowledge.
  • Familiar (or willing to become familiar) with all Company and partnering agency policies and guidelines.
  • Available for duty during weekends, holidays, and peak visitation periods. Weekly work schedules will be furnished by local management.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to learn quickly and follow instructions accurately.
