Premium Utility Associate Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club
Pay Rate:

Location: Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)

About the Role:
The Utility Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the polished, refined environment of the Chase Sapphire Lounge. This position ensures cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency across all lounge areas. It is ideal for hospitality professionals who take pride in contributing behind the scenes to a premium guest experience.
Your Impact:
As a Utility Associate, you will:
  • Maintain lounge cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming, premium guest experience.
  • Support culinary, F&B, and lounge teams with operational tasks to maintain efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with supply management for guest and service areas.
  • Uphold Chase Sapphire Lounge standards for quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware.
  • Sweep, mop, and clean floors, and remove garbage to designated areas.
  • Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room
  • Support culinary, F&B, and lounge teams with operational tasks to maintain efficiency
  • Maintain lounge cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming, premium guest experience
  • Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP policies
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
