Job Description

Act as SME for UX/UI best practices, maintaining on-brand UX standards, usability trends and regional insights to customize digital properties for cultural differences as appropriate. 

Ensure that International DTC web properties migrate to the U.S. standard look and feel, working with the U.S teams to leverage learnings. 

Establish strong cross-functional collaboration with regional Product, IT and creative team members. 

Analyze user flows/designs to determine needed enhancements. 

Develop insights-driven wireframes, mock-ups, low- and high-fidelity prototypes that can be translated into or used in conjunction with requirements / user stories. 

Perform user acceptance testing for all releases to ensure that enhancements support the desired look, feel and user flows. 

Manage list of required UX enhancements and bugs. 

Conduct usability testing. 

Develop UX/UI design deliverables to support user research and optimization tests (a/b, MVT, usability). 

Work closely with other I&O team members to monitor sites for areas of ongoing optimization. 

Qualifications 

What you'll bring: 


5-7 years' progressive experience in a consumer-focused ecommerce environment. 

Bachelor's Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, New Media or related field. 

Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and patterns for responsive web design across devices. 

Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery. 

Experience addressing cross-browser and cross-platform design issues. 

Expert knowledge of standard professional tools, such as Photoshop, InVision, Axure, Balsamiq, OmniGraffle, UXPin, or similar wireframing and prototyping tools. 

Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams dispersed across geographic locations. 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to professionally articulate design choices to global business teams and leadership. 

Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently.
