Job description

Position Summary The Product Manager 1, User Experience helps shape how customers experience our digital storefront by turning insights into improvements across the site. In this role, you'll partner with UX, analytics, engineering, and marketing to identify opportunities, define hypotheses, and deliver measurable wins through experimentation. The role will have a strong focus on the A/B testing program and will build on a foundational understanding of experimentation, analytics, and technical concepts, while giving you hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role suited for someone who is comfortable using data to prioritize work and improve customer outcomes.Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist in developing a vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, business needs, and market research.

  • Contribute to the optimization and creation of new initiatives that deliver customer insights and lead to actionable improvements.

  • Support the delivery and promotion of superior user experience designs.

  • Assist in driving UX direction within ecommerce across web, mobile, email, and SMS platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance workload and drive continuous improvement.

  • Utilize web analytics to support product development, generate reports, and improve the website user experience.

  • Review user recorded sessions to identify opportunities for user experience improvements and report findings to the team.

  • Assist in driving our A/B testing efforts on the website, continuously looking for ways to improve the customer user experience and optimize our conversion rates.

  • Contribute to user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and successful launch of the product.

  • Support in managing the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.

  • Help in the evaluation process of third-party widgets, assessing their compatibility and potential contribution to our ecommerce platform's user experience.

  • Assist in managing stakeholder relationships and prioritizing stakeholder requests to manage projects in a timely manner.

  • Write documentation and technical requirements for UX upgrades and A/B tests.
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships to support successful evaluation, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 2 years in e-commerce. Basic knowledge of web analytics and A/B testing. Experience with user session review tools and data interpretation. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. Passion for delivering superior user experiences. Familiarity with current industry trends and emerging technologies. A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering the best possible shopping experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft Office including Office 365, Outlook, and Excel.

Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.

Compensation: $70,304.00 - $93,857.00

Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members.Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
