  • Commerce & Licensing: Oversee the design of intuitive commerce workflows, managing how users and customers interact with purchases, entitlements, and product licensing.
  • Asset Store & Ecosystem: Exercise UX ownership of the Asset Store and ensure various asset elements intertwine seamlessly with other products at Unity.

  • AI Innovation: Champion UX improvements and innovative design solutions in a world of AI, ensuring Unity remains at the forefront of the industry.

What we're looking for

  • Systems Expert: Strong understanding of complex systems and integrations required to deliver a unified user experience.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent collaborator with strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills; able to lead design conversations and conduct reviews with senior leadership.
  • Commerce Experience: Proficiency in designing for commerce stacks, marketplaces, or licensing systems is highly valued.
  • Technical Awareness: A natural curiosity for technology and a passion for empowering creativity through innovative tools.
