What We're Looking For: Are you an experienced sales manager wanting to make an immediate impact? Do you want to work with a motivated and collaborative team of employees? We are looking for an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our team.
We are one of the largest used car dealers in the area, selling 150+ used cars a month. Automotive experience required. Individuals looking to take your career to the next level by leading our customer-service driven dealership apply here!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage all aspects of vehicle reconditioning
  • Inventory Management and Marketing
  • Be a leader & provide focus for your Sales team
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Facilitate regular sales training for continue team growth

REQUIREMENTS:
  • V-Auto and Used Car experience is a must
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Prior sales management and dealership experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of inventory control
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment in a team setting
  • Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
