Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20/hour Shift:Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. What’s a typical day as Record Retrieval Clerk? You’ll be:
  • Proactively contacting record custodians and facilities to expedite document retrieval.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and facility personnel by ensuring their needs are met professionally.
  • Accurately entering and tracking record requests in internal systems and maintaining client and facility databases.
  • Providing regular updates on order statuses, resolving client inquiries, and addressing complaints related to services and products.
  • Handling special projects and ensuring compliance with safety and work standards.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
  • Bring 3-5 years of experience in phone-based  customer service or client management, legal or medical retrieval environments.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Are able to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds and pay close attention to detailed documents.
