Job description

HR / Staffing InternPosition Overview

The HR/Staffing Intern supports the recruiting team with scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks. This role is designed to provide exposure to recruitment and staffing processes while assisting with day-to-day execution and internal coordination.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with viewing and monitoring candidate activity in the ATS (view-only access).
  • Support interview scheduling by coordinating calendars and setting up meetings for recruiters and internal teams.
  • Assist with recruiting follow-ups, including scheduling needs, assessments, and outstanding tasks as directed.
  • Support tracking updates in the ATS and help follow up on pending items.
  • Send internal reminder emails for missing timesheets and assist with follow-ups.
  • Observe onboarding processes and help check on outstanding steps with the recruiting team.
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team.
  • Assist with improving forms, workflows, and internal processes through feedback and ideas.
