Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our NEMT team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching drivers to transport clients to and from their appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and dispatch drivers for client pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • Monitor and track vehicle locations and driver status.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and healthcare facilities.
