MEGEX Towing and Recovery is offering a Job in Corporate America as a Tow Truck Dispatcher.

Carrier Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Organized and detail-oriented.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

- Familiarity with roadside services, and practices.

Responsibilities:

- Collect, sort, store, and issue invoices.

- Collect payments.

- Manage a large amount of phone calls.

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

- Receive mail, parts, and materials.

- Driver’s dispatch.

- Monitor expiration dates of Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Permits, and Titles.

- Take the extra mile to engage customers.

- Conduct constant follow-ups with customers.

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

- Manage paperwork for new hires and terminated employees.
