Position Summary
We are seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate and manage daily scheduling operations. This role is crucial to ensuring that our field teams run smoothly and efficiently, while also maintaining strong communication with our customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule sales appointments and production jobs accurately based on scope and availability
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with customers for follow-ups, rescheduling (including weather delays), and issue resolution
  • Monitor and coordinate maintenance and service for company vehicles
  • Coordinate the distribution of service flyers and watering notices for commercial properties
  • Maintain and update customer information using our CRM system
  • Run reports and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or office administration (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude
  • Proficiency with computers and CRM software is a plus
