The Dispatch Associate monitors open service ticket activity to ensure proper technician assignment and timely completion of requests. This role involves communicating with managers, supervisors, sales representatives, and customers, as well as data entry across multiple systems. The ideal candidate is a team player with a friendly attitude who is consistent and thorough with ticket investigations.
Estimated Salary: $20.00 to $35.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage dispatch routing software to assign tickets to Service Technicians and monitor ticket stages.
  • Monitor service ticket activity to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers via phone and email.
  • Identify and cancel duplicate calls and service tickets.
  • Enter technician feedback into the system.
  • Create and distribute the Daily Dispatch Summary and other related reports.
  • Coordinate follow-ups on service issues with the dispatch team, mobile crews, and other departments.
  • Update systems based off technician feedback.

What We Are Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong customer service and computer skills.
  • 1-2 years of dispatch experience.
  • Ability to type 40-60 wpm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to use geographic and mapping software tools.
