???? About the Role:

As the Director of Production, you will oversee all aspects of physical production for our unscripted slate, including docuseries, competition shows, lifestyle, reality, and format-based content. Reporting to the CEO/President, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest creative and technical standards.

???? Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise day-to-day production operations for all unscripted projects
  • Collaborate with creative, development, legal, finance, and post-production teams
  • Oversee budget creation, cost reporting, and scheduling from pre-production through final delivery
  • Hire, manage, and support producers, crews, and production teams
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, union regulations, health and safety protocols
  • Troubleshoot production challenges and implement efficient workflows
  • Maintain strong relationships with networks, platforms, and vendors

???? What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in unscripted television production, including executive-level leadership
  • Extensive knowledge of field and studio-based production workflows
  • Experience working across various formats (reality, docu-follow, competition, lifestyle, etc.)
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex production budgets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong relationships with talent, networks, and production vendors

  • Experience with international productions
  • Familiarity with current trends in streaming and linear unscripted content
