Senior Project Manager DIU Integration - Remote

Overview
We are seeking a senior Project Manager to lead the integration of acquired investment management businesses into our evolving data and operating model. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating cross-functional teams, driving execution, and ensuring alignment between business, investment, operations, and technology stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines investment management domain expertise with strong program delivery and data-related experience. This person must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, solving complex problems, and driving outcomes across multiple teams and workstreams.
Responsibilities
  • Lead integration efforts across acquired entities and existing enterprise platforms.
  • Coordinate business, investment, operations, compliance, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of integration initiatives.
  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive alignment across multiple teams and locations.
  • Partner with data, reporting, and technology teams to ensure successful integration of investment and operational data.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles impacting project delivery.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and project participants.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Support relationship management activities until permanent organizational structures are established.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of project or program management experience within investment management, asset management, wealth management, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale business or technology integration initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of investment operations, portfolio management workflows, and data-driven business processes.
  • Experience working with data management, reporting, analytics, or enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and coordinate multiple teams simultaneously.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • Investment management platforms and operating models.
  • Data integration, reporting, analytics, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with global or distributed teams.
