Job description

This internship provides hands-on experience across in University Relations, working 15-20 hours/week.


What You'll Do

  • Support campus recruitment activities for multiple college level programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Help shape our campus recruiting experience by building out and managing our presence on the Handshake platform
  • Assist with developing an intern job description "bank" and templates.
  • Assist with talent branding efforts, including careers site updates, social media content and marketing materials.
  • Utilize ATS and CRM tools and other technologies to manage full cycle recruiting activities, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Work on a variety of UR projects.
  • Report on a variety or UR metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion and motivation to pursue a career in Human Resources.
  • Effective communication skills and a customer centric mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams.
  • Presently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business, or a closely related discipline.
  • Ability to work in the Berlin, CT office two to three days per week,15-20 hours weekly.

Interns are paid through our Managed Service Provider Program and are not employees of Eversource. Pay rates are hourly, based on year of graduation and if the role is technical or non-technical. Rates start at $18.56 for a freshman and go up to $22.37 for a graduate level student.
