Union Recruiters are professionals who work to attract and enroll new members into labor unions. Their primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential members, explaining the benefits of union membership, and organizing campaigns to grow union representation in workplaces. They also provide information on workers' rights, negotiate on behalf of employees, and support existing members through educational efforts and advocacy. Union Recruiters play a vital role in strengthening labor unions and improving workplace conditions.
