About the Role
We are looking for a Construction Technology Manager to join our Construction Technology Services team on our office in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, onsite position with travel required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain enterprise standards for audiovisual and access control systems to ensure consistency across deployments
  • Plan, budget, and execute deployment of collaboration technology solutions at job sites
  • Manage and assign tasks to project team members while ensuring alignment on roles, responsibilities, and deadlines
  • Lead implementation and deployment of construction technology solutions across multiple projects
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies to improve jobsite operations
  • Travel to project locations to oversee installation, commissioning, and user training
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support to ensure minimal disruption to project operations
  • Collaborate with IT teams to support deployment and activation of systems and equipment
  • Maintain documentation of deployments, installations, and issue resolutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications
Required:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Willingness and ability to travel to job sites as needed

Preferred:
  • Experience with audiovisual and access control technology deployments
  • Background in electronics or a related technical field
  • Demonstrated leadership or team management experience
  • Strong time management skills in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with computers and construction-related technologies
