C&S Contracting, a division of CMES, IncConcrete Laborer needed in Atlanta Metro Area. The Concrete Laborer supports heavy civil construction projects by performing general labor and assisting with concrete work, site preparation, and daily field operations. This role is essential to ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with concrete work including forming, placing, and finishing
  • Help set and remove forms, place rebar, and perform basic concrete duties
  • Prepare and clean job sites, removing debris and eliminating hazards
  • Dig, shovel, and assist with grading and site preparation
  • Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment
  • Signal equipment operators to assist with safe movement and placement
  • Support traffic control and maintain safe work zones
  • Read and follow plans, instructions, and specifications as directed
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Construction or concrete experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license preferred
