As a BCBA/LBA, you will have the opportunity to work with our clients to develop and implement individualized behavior plans, promoting independence, self-care, and overall well-being.
About the Role:
As a BCBA/LBA at Unicare Home Care, you will be responsible for:
  • Conducting initial assessments and developing comprehensive behavior plans for clients
  • Implementing and modifying behavior plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address client needs and goals
  • Providing training and support to caregivers and families
  • Monitoring and evaluating client progress, adjusting plans as necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and developments
