Position Overview

Transformative Unicare Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

• Establish trust and rapport with clients through empathetic and effective communication skills.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify mental health issues and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, adjusting approaches based on continuous assessment of progress and client response.
• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to provide integrated care.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, modifying treatment strategies as necessary to meet changing needs.
• Document all therapeutic interactions in accordance with organizational policies and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve diverse populations of individuals and families experiencing a broad range of behavioral health issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and trauma. By employing evidence-based practices, you will help clients navigate their specific challenges while encouraging resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of Georgia.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for addiction treatment and co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional counseling and therapeutic skills with a genuine passion for helping clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience

• Certification in addiction therapy or significant experience in the field is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling best practices.
• Experience in working with diverse populations is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
