• Establish and nurture trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, ensuring an environment conducive to open communication and personal growth.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify mental health issues and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, including individual, couple, and family therapy, using a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance effectiveness.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, including referrals to specialists when appropriate.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Our client base is diverse, reflecting the rich cultural and social fabric of Macon, Georgia. You will play an essential role in supporting them as they work through their challenges and strive for improved mental well-being.

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Georgia.
• A master’s or doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated skills in therapeutic techniques and a solid understanding of evidence-based interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to foster effective collaboration within a remote team structure.

• Experience in addiction therapy and familiarity with treating co-occurring disorders.
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to family dynamics.
• A background in evidence-based approaches and tools relevant to marriage and family therapy.
