• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients to foster trust and openness.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify mental health issues affecting patients.
• Design personalized treatment plans, integrating various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions that cater to the unique dynamics and needs of each patient.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Conduct psychoeducation sessions to empower clients and their families with knowledge about mental health disorders and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care.

In your role as an LMFT, you will work with diverse individuals, couples, and families struggling with a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and addiction. Our clinic serves a varied patient demographic within the Augusta community, emphasizing culturally competent care that respects and understands each client's unique background and experiences.

• A current, active LMFT license issued by the appropriate governing authority.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certification in addiction therapy or substantial experience treating individuals with co-occurring disorders.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based practices related to relationship dynamics and mental health treatment.
• Exceptional communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches, particularly those focused on addiction and co-occurring disorders.
• Prior experience providing remote therapy services
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
• Strong commitment to professional development and participation in ongoing training and supervision.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
